Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Loom & Tide, we want your pieces to reach you smoothly, safely, and without fuss. All domestic orders within South Africa are delivered via The Courier Guy / PUDO Locker-to-Door service.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Delivery: Flat rate of R150 on all orders.

Delivery Address

• Please ensure your preferred delivery address is clearly provided at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days.

• Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.
  Outlying areas may take up to 5 business days.

• Please note that orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been handed over to The Courier Guy / PUDO, you will receive a waybill and tracking number via notification or WhatsApp, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
